When longtime client, MacBirdie Golf Gifts approached us to discuss the integration of a new order processing and fullfillment component to their existing ecommerce site we agreed and began to define the process for them via data flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframe mockups.

By using tools such as these we were able to avoid confusion and a multitude of change orders later on during the development cycle, saving both time and budget.
